LET'S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER
I take someone's trust very seriously so it was important to me where I did my training. I wanted to do it with other live human beings and not completely online. As luck would have it, I ended up with nineteen extraordinary people in my cohort at U.C. Davis Extension. They were so generous with their vulnerability and willingness to help me learn, it made coaching one of the most satisfying things I have ever done. My teachers/coaches were women to emulate, sensitive, caring and passionate about what they do.

I have earned a certificate from The University of California at Davis in Professional Coaching for Life and Business and I am a member of the ICF, The International Coach Federation. The foundation of my practice is built on confidential relationships with my clients. I strive to help you identify and achieve your personal goals by facilitating the realization that you hold the answers to overcoming the distress and anxiety that keeps you from moving forward in your life.

Prior to becoming a Life Coach, I spent my business career in the wine and food industry. This background has enabled me to understand the dynamics and politics of small and large corporations and how we move within them. I am also an entrepreneur. I started and ran a popular restaurant in the Napa Valley for 12 years.

I have traveled extensively with longer stays in France and The Netherlands. I love Cape Cod and the East Coast, which for a Californian might be a little different, and I am happily married after a divorce. I am the proud mother of an adult son.

If you decide to continue, we'll discuss pricing for your first four sessions. I will ask you to commit to four sessions as I believe it takes time to develop clear goals and an understanding between coach and client.
